When do sessions end/begin?
Fall session: August 12 - June 8
Summer session: 6-8 weeks starting mid June.

Do I need to enroll in the new session?
Yes, each session restarts enrollment as the schedule changes.

When does enrollment close?
Recital enrollment closes at the end of January.You may still enroll to take class, but not to participate in recital.

Where are other important dates to know?
In our "Calendar" tab along with our Fall Schedule and Event sign-ups.

How does class leveling/placement work?
Initially we start placing by age. After your first class the teacher will evaluate skill level & will place you accordingly. Level one is the beginning level and progresses from there. More advanced styles may be by placement or invitation only.

Class attire & where do we purchase it?
You can find class attire for each class when you select age group in the "Group Classes" tab.
Attire can be purchased online at Discount Dance Supply or there are physical stores in Jacksonville & St. Augustine.

How big are your classes?
For classes geared towards 2-4 year olds we keep the class at 8-9 students. Ages 5-11 are capped at 12-14 students, & teen classes cap at room capacity. Class chemistry, maturity, & social factors determine where each class maxes out. Another teacher or assistant may be added to ensure the quality of the class.

What is your policy if I miss a class?
For missed group classes you can attend any class for your age & level.Private music lessons require 24 hour advance notice. One make up lesson per month will be honored with advance notice of absence given. No show lessons (less than 24 hour notice) will incur a regular charge.

Where can I see upcoming fees & what class I am enrolled in?
Upon registration, you’ll get an email to set up your parent portal. This portal can be accessed from a web browser or from our app. In the portal you can see your transactions, update billing info, contact us, enroll in classes/events, see your current schedule, & view the livestream of your classes!

Can I watch my kids in class?
Parents aren’t allowed in the classroom (except with invitation). All rooms have an observation window & once you are fully enrolled, live-streaming class is available in your portal!

What is dance recital & what do we need to know?
Dance recital is the end of year showcase. Recital-bound classes are automatically part of recital unless dancers opt out. There’s a costume fee & recital fee (see full brochure for pricing). The recital fee includes 4 general admission tickets, a recital shirt for each participating dancer, & a hard copy of the program.
