Join North Florida Dance Center!
NFDC (North Florida Dance Center) is the competitive and performative dance team that represents Asbury Arts Center. Members of this team not only compete at multiple dance competitions throughout the year, but they also perform for several events within our community.
We welcome dancers of all levels and backgrounds to audition!
Please note: This is an invitation ONLY team based on audition results. This is also a high commitment activity that requires constant communication throughout the year with our staff. Please inquire for more information.
NFDC'S GOAL:
While our dancers compete, our goal isn't for the trophy at the end, but for the opportunity to become well-rounded individuals through both the continuous adjudicated process and through irreplaceable experiences.
We respect and acknowledge challenges and we encourage growth, while building bonds and life-long friendships.
We value loyalty, dedication, kindness, and commitment. We also believe in life - school - dance balance, and that all problems can be solved through proper and respectful communication.
